These terms govern your use of ZenFlo (app.zenflo.co.uk and the ZenFlo Android app). By creating an account or using ZenFlo, you agree to these terms.

Who can use ZenFlo

ZenFlo is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using ZenFlo, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Free and Pro plans

ZenFlo offers a Free plan (brain dump, 3 tasks a day, 10 workplace scripts, focus timer, and daily check-in) and a Pro plan (unlimited tasks, 25+ workplace scripts, the wind-down tool, and other premium features). Pro is billed at £9.99/month or £99/year.

Free trial and billing

New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will continue and you will be billed at the plan rate shown at sign-up. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing; you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse ZenFlo — including attempting to disrupt the service, access accounts that aren't yours, or use ZenFlo for any unlawful purpose.

Not medical advice

ZenFlo is a productivity and organisation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional support. If you have concerns about ADHD or your mental health, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Limitation of liability

ZenFlo is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Bulldog UK Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of ZenFlo. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Ending your account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time via our Delete My Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
