What we collect
- Your email address, used to create and manage your account
- Device and app identifiers, used for account security and app functionality
- App usage data (such as brain dumps, tasks, check-ins, and general interactions), used to power the features you use
- Crash logs and diagnostics, used to fix bugs and keep the app stable, via Google Analytics/Firebase
Why we collect it
We use this information to provide and improve ZenFlo's core features, keep your account secure, and understand how the app is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also delete your account directly via our Delete My Account page.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain it for legal reasons.
Third parties
We use trusted third-party services to run ZenFlo, including hosting providers and Google Analytics/Firebase for crash reporting and diagnostics. These providers only process data on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments.
Children
ZenFlo is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
